Animalia hosts concluding seminar for RoBUTCHER

On 12.01.2023, Animalia hosted a successful concluding seminar for the RoBUTCHER project, covering a diverse range of areas from the project. The seminar featured numerous insightful presentations, ranging from hurdles in legislation in the meat industry to evaluations of cutting tools and quality assessments of meat cut in the unconventional “Meat Factory Cell” way. Animalia’s contribution to the RoBUTCHER project was the theme of the seminar.

Overall, the concluding seminar created a platform for knowledge sharing and discussions of our experiences working in a EU Horizon 2020 project. Animalia looks forward to the opportunity to participate in possible new future EU projects.
