FACCSA presents RoBUTCHER in Spanish AI events

Sergio Vega Lozano, representing the RoBUTCHER beneficiary FACCSA-Prolongo, has been busy in recent months attending several events to monitor the current state-of-the-art in Artificial Intelligence relevant to the food industry. At two of those events, the outcomes of RoBUTCHER were specifically discussed and presented.

Agrotech Forum (09.11.2023, Cordoba, Spain): Agrotech ecosystem event to raise awareness about the use of artificial intelligence and demonstration of its transfer to the agri-food sector. Sergio participated in a round-table event named “Needs and challenges for the incorporation of artificial intelligence in the food industry”.

Artificial Intelligence Congress of Andalucia (22-23.11.2023, Granada, Spain): The event was described as an appointment to learn about the applications of Artificial Intelligence, explore the latest trends and needs in this field and learn from leading experts and, of course, network. Sergio participated in a round-table event named “AI in the food industry, the path to the sustainability of the sector”.
