RoBUTCHER @ ICCMA2023

In November 2023, RoBUTCHER coordinator Alex Mason was invited to give a presentation at 11th International Conference on Control, Mechatronics and Automation (ICCMA 2023), held at the University of Adger in Norway. The invited talk was entitled RoBUTCHER “Meat Factory Cell”: Cell-based robotics for pork production, and gave an overview of the project delivery and outcomes, including example of the system in operation. Further, NMBU research Abhaya Pal Singh presented his related work “Curve fitting-based deformation tracking for vision-based robotic applications”, which has involved joint efforts between RoBUTCHER and the Norwegian Research Council funded project “GentleMan”.
